These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BADZZ website (badzz.net) and any services, content, or products offered by BADZZ (the "Services"). BADZZ is operated by Red Impact LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States ("we", "us", "our").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order with BADZZ. By using our Services, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the personal information you provide is accurate, complete, and current.

2. Account registration

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at contact@badzz.net if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

3. Products and pricing

We make every effort to display product colors, descriptions, and pricing accurately. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, photographs, or other content are error-free. Colors displayed on screen may vary from the actual product due to monitor settings.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or promotion at any time.

4. VIP membership

BADZZ offers an optional VIP membership that provides access to discounted member pricing. VIP members may be enrolled in a recurring monthly subscription, the terms of which are disclosed at the time of signup. Members may skip or cancel at any time through their account dashboard or by contacting contact@badzz.net before the next monthly billing date. Recurring charges already processed are non-refundable, but member credits remain available for future purchases.

5. Orders and payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase using one of the accepted payment methods displayed at checkout.

6. Shipping and returns

Shipping terms and delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Both policies are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Services, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, and product designs, is the property of Red Impact LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

8. User conduct

You agree not to use the Services to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Infringe on the rights of others
  • Transmit any harmful, fraudulent, or misleading content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or interfere with their operation
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Services without our written permission

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Services and all products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Red Impact LLC, its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services or any product purchased through them. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Red Impact LLC, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claim, demand, liability, or expense arising out of your breach of these Terms or your use of the Services.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made. Continued use of the Services after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
