Sizing & fit

How do BADZZ pieces fit?

Our pieces are designed to fit true to size with a snug, second-skin feel. The fabric stretches and recovers without losing shape. If you're between sizes, size up for a relaxed fit or stay true for that compressive look.

What if my size doesn't fit?

You have 30 days from delivery to exchange or return any item that doesn't fit. Shoot us an email at contact@badzz.net and we'll send you a prepaid return label (US orders).

Do you offer petite or tall sizes?

Not yet. All our leggings are designed at standard inseam (around 26"). We're working on tall and petite options for our next drop.

Shipping & delivery

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. After processing, estimated delivery is 6 to 12 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email once your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide, including the UK, EU, Australia, Canada, and most of the world. Shipping is free on orders over $120.

Where's my order?

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. If your tracking hasn't updated in 5+ days, email us at contact@badzz.net with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier.

Do I have to pay customs or duties?

For US orders, no extra fees. For international orders, customs and duties may apply depending on your country and are not included in the product or shipping price. They're collected by your local postal service on delivery.

Returns & exchanges

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange any item. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached. Returns are free for US customers. See our full Refund Policy for details.

How do I start a return?

Email us at contact@badzz.net with your order number and reason for the return. We'll reply within 1 to 2 business days with return instructions and a label (where eligible).

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive your return, we inspect it and process your refund within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post the refund to your account.

Product care

How should I wash my BADZZ pieces?

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with similar colors. Skip the fabric softener (it breaks down the stretch fibers). Hang dry. Do not tumble dry, iron, or dry clean. Treated right, your pieces will last hundreds of wears.

Will the colors fade over time?

Our fabrics are color-locked and tested for fade resistance. As long as you wash cold and skip the dryer, your pieces will hold their color for the long haul.

What is the fabric made of?

Our signature compression fabric is a blend of recycled nylon and elastane, engineered for four-way stretch, sweat-wicking, and squat-proof opacity. Soft against the skin from the first wear.

Orders & payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay (with 4 interest-free installments).

Can I cancel or change my order?

If your order hasn't started processing, we can cancel or modify it. Email us at contact@badzz.net within 12 hours of placing your order.

I received the wrong item or something is missing. What do I do?

We're so sorry. Email us at contact@badzz.net within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of what you received. We'll send the correct item or issue a full refund right away.
